Even though many have heard this before, I will say it again - be sure to drink more water!
Why do I say this? Well, the answer is simple. The human body is primarily water, being composed of upwards of 75% of the stuff! Without enough clean pure water, how else will the body remove the toxins that are continuously building up within it? Well, it is impossible! Eventually one will get gout, uric acid build up, cardiovascular disease, acidified systems, etc.
The quickest & surest way to perish earier than you should is by not consuming enough water - remember, by the time you actually feel thirsty, you are in fact dehydrated and damaging your body. Have a watch of this, as I could not say it any better http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_msWtSljFQw
How many of you out there have been told that getting sunshine is in fact bad for you, exposing you to cancers, etc. Well, the fact is that this is almost entirely incorrect! Without sunlight, melanoma risk actually goes up, our immune function goes down, and we are much more likely to contract an illness of some kind.
What we are looking at is at least 15 minutes per day of sunlight on the skin - so that means exposing your upper body and arms, etc. But if you cannot due to other comittements, be sure to supplemetn with a vitamin D preparation. Read more about it at Dr. Mercola's site http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/04/12/can-tanning-beds-decrease-cancer-than-cause.aspx
Yes, we have all heard it before - be sure to get enough exercise each day! But who of us out there really do? It is commonly recognized that if one can be active for perhaps 20 - 30 minutes a day (and this means a good 80% of your cardio potential) then much of the benefit from exercise will be experienced.
It seems a difficult thing to do, but how hard is it really to find an extra 20 minutes in our entire day to do something so important? Much of the time it comes down to nothing more than sheer laziness - so off the couch everybody and do a little walking!!
